A 50% NONREFUNDABLE SESSION RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO BOOK  YOUR DESIRED DATE AND TIME.

Length of session, multiple locations,  makeup and styling, and props should all be discussed in the planning stage of the shoot.
Late arrivals will result in a shorter session. More time can be added at an additional cost, but cannot be guaranteed on the day of.

The retainer is deducted from the full session price. All remaining balances are due before the session. Photos will not be released until the session is paid in full. There are NO REFUNDS. Cancellations within 72 hours can be rescheduled for a later time.

NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED OR REFUNDED. NEW SESSIONS WILL REQUIRE A NEW DEPOSIT.

Studio Portrait Sessions:
Portrait sessions can be solo or groups of up to 20 people. My studio is located in the Livestock Exchange building in Kansas City; however, I enjoy photographing at other studios as well. If you would like to work at another studio, please let me know in your form. I enjoy going through the gallery with my clients in the studio. After every studio portrait session, there will be time to sit down and go through the gallery to pick favorites. If you would like to skip this process and view them at home, a proof gallery will be sent to your email. From this gallery, you will choose the number of favorites for your package. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS TO RECEIVE THE PROOF GALLERY. Edits will be emailed within 3 weeks of confirmed selected favorites. Additional photos can be purchased for $15 per edit. Full Proof Gallery can be purchased for an additional cost.
Events:
Event sessions start at $250 an hour with a 2-hour minimum (not including weddings or travel fees). All travel fees will be handled by the client. There is an additional charge to receive event photos the same day.
